please help a gal out. wanna find a palette for these looks <3

i have medium, warm neutral skin (so light pigments often can't achieve the looks these models have). i like to make the hyperpigmented skin around my eye part of my makeup (but it also means i can't do very heavy blacky smoky eyes cuz qit looks a bit dirty on me).

this is my first time getting my own palette, so please help me out! ( budget - can stretch to around 2 k)
