Resources for (re)learning the basics - I have 6 months!

🙋Question/Help (Beginner)

Hello pianists!

I'm a multi-instrumentalist who took about a year of piano at 6 years old. I'm also a professional actor who just booked a contract in which I need to play a handful of instruments live, one of which is piano!

I'm pretty good at learning by ear, but I thought this would be a good opportunity to pick it back up, at least a little bit. My #1 goal is to learn how to play chords, as most of the music for the show is written that way, but technique is top of mind too! I'm okay at reading music, better at bass clef. I have 6 months before the rehearsal process begins.

All of this to say - I would love any specific advice/resources for an adult learner with a musical ear. Is there a youtube channel or website you recommend? Programs for brushing up? Tips and tricks? I want it all!
