Unable to play Infernal Hordes at any level

Hello folks!

I'm open to any advice - I've tried combing through forums, adjusting my GPU settings, adjusting my network settings, playing D4 at different levels, trying it on different characters, etc. Updating all my firmware and software, reinstalling my Network Card, etc.

Every time I try to access Interfernal Hordes, the game automatically disconnects. I don't have this issue with any other part of D4. I was hoping that the latest update would resolve something, but it's still happening. It's getting to the point where there are some parts of the game I can't advance in because it just disconnects.

The last thing I should test is a ethernet connection versus wifi, but with my setup and the location of my router, there is no way for me to really do that (without a 100ft long ethernet cord or something crazy like that).

I'll also add - I have 0 issues with any other game that I play. I play some other very graphics-intense games and I never have lag/frame rate drops/disconnects. It's only Infernal Hordes on D4 that has any problems.
