Ibps Po Form Filling

Should I fill the form of ibps Po bcz my preparation is not up to mark... There is no consistency bcz of family health issues and I m an elder daughter... I tried to be consistent but Hmesha kuch na kuch ho jaata hai ...there is only 30 percent of preparation is complete
