need affordable wavy hair routine

i just cut off all my damaged coloured hair and i wanna lean into my wavy hair texture so I need like a basic haircare routine to get me started

for now I just put hair oil overnight and then use Sunsilk shampoo (i shampoo twice), tresemme hair conditioner (i leave it on for 10 mins then rinse) and then dry it and use some livon, but the frizz always returns a few hours later

my main concern is reducing the frizz and promoting hair growth (since i chopped off a major portion of my hair)
