How long does the financial form appeal take to arrive usually? It said 2 weeks but its been almost 3 weeks since.

Hello Im an upcoming york student and I applied for a domestic financial appeal and I wanted to know just exactly howblong it takes to get the appeal sent back, I got rejected twice already and they immediately rejected it on those times because I didnt provide sufficient documents but now I got the necessary documents and I sent the form at least 3 weeks ago and I still havent gotten a reply, so I was wondering if this was normal or if I could follow this up in student services or something to ask about it. Thank you!
