Scared to move up. Anhedonia & Nausea on 2.5!

Yooo amazing people. I have my doctor appointment in like 20 min and I’m on the fence if I should move up. My appetite suppression only lasts like 3-4 days now, food noise came back on the weekend which is bad bad bad lol, BUT my nausea and anhedonia FINALLY went away (as of my week 6 shot). I’m not sure what to do! Will that last a full 6 weeks again if I switch to 5mg? I know there’s no sure way to know but maybe others experiences going 2.5-5mg will help too?
