Auto-playoff berths

Do the ACC, Big 12, Big 10, and SEC get auto playoff berths no matter what teams are in them? Like you could put all the Sunbelt teams in the SEC and move all the SEC teams to the Sunbelt and whoever wins the SEC gets in even if it’s like ULM?
