Accommodation opinions

Hi, solo female visiting Seoul in February (yes, I know it will be cold!). Looking at staying in Travelodge Myeongdong Euljiro, OYO Myeongdong 2 or New Seoul Hotel.

Leaning towards the Travelodge. It's for 3 nights only, so happy to be in the touristy areas.

Any reasons.not to book these?
