UK: drying clothes outside in the Sun. need advice: hate clothes pegs, and drying rack keeps tipping over

I currently have two of those 3-tier drying racks - but the wind keeps tipping everything over. I don’t even feel like it’s a super windy day but it’s enough to knock it over a few times. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to use these racks outside? Or better acts that I should be using? Would like to try use the ones I have right now, I don’t want a bunch of different racks for different purposes because it’s so clunky

Also, I hate that the clothes pegs leave these crazy indents in the clothes that can never be washed out, and damage the material. Is there a type of Peg that wouldn’t do this?
