My dog has been refusing food and iglts pissing me off

Does anyone have really picky dogs too?

My dog info: female (neutered), 9 years old, 7.5kg, japanese spitz mixed beed

My dog recently has been having (bacterial) skin issues and is prescribed meds that has to be taken through the full course, twice a day.

She is usually very picky (does not eat kibble at all, even if you mix it with meat). When i crush the meds into the food, shes even more reluctant on eating it. This morning i managed to crush some and mix it into whipping cream which she ate, but its night here now and she wouldnt eat any actual food, vomited 4 times (no diarrhoea).

I tried feeding her chicken breast, chicken wings, salmon, canned food, nuggets and some treats but she wouldnt eat any at all. Not even, peanut butter and whipping cream.

She would have these bouts of "fasting" once in a while, teeth are ok i dont feed her food that are hard to chew. The vet said shes relatively healthy for a senior dog.
