How do I get back to my ship

I was trying to do a restore mission when the game servers crashed. When I came back online, I respawned in the dead settlement with dozens of people shooting at me. I get killed nearly instantly, fined hundreds of thousands of credits for no fucking reason, and respawn on-foot in a fucking prison. Now, I can't get back to my ship and I can't get another ship from the docks. Am I permanently grounded by some bug now?
