Need advice asap

So I'm a clg student and my bestfrnd and I have been flirting subtly for a time now( like he went to multiple stores to buy me my favourite chocolate ,he texts me 24/7 we know everything about each other and all )so for a month we haven't talked ,I don't know what happened suddenly he stopped texting me ,senting me reels and now clg reopened after vacation and he sits right behind me and haven't said a word to me ,he just looks at me and when I look back he looks away it's been a week since clg started ,i contemplated asking him today but then thought he has a mouth too why can't he talk to me frst and he has hands why can't he texts me frst ,I kinda like him and I'm not very pretty ,I don't know if I should ambreak the ice first it physically hurts me when we're sitting so close and not saying a word to each other 🥀
