What does the Lollipop/J/SPAIR “drop and fluff” look like?

For those that have had the lollipop incision (or even better the J/L/SPAIR incision) and are a few months down the line – how have your boobs settled into your body? Did your nipples stay roughly in the same spot or move down/up as you healed?

I feel like I’m starting to spiral a bit… I am 5WPO with the J scar and things are looking freaky (as expected), but I am worried about my nipple placement being too high. Like… they are ok right now but I don’t want them to be any higher. However my boobs are quite swollen still, and a lot of that swelling is in the area above my nipple.

I haven’t found much information on this specifically for the lollipop method as so many people normally have anchor. For reference I was 32DDD > 32B/C (unsure)

Would love to know other peoples experiences, especially if you are a similar size with the lollipop!
