wilmac is bigger than a one-target junior story

DD

wilmac is one of the main reasons i keep CSE: NRED on my watchlist.

after the Trojan-Condor option, NovaRed’s Wilmac project expanded to about 16,077.76 hectares.

that is roughly 160.8 square km, or about 62 square miles.

for an early-stage explorer, that matters because it gives the company more than one area to work with. the current target stack includes Wilmac, Lamont / North Lamont, Trojan-Condor and Plume.

that does not make it a deposit.

large land packages can still go nowhere if the geology does not hold up. NovaRed has no defined resource, no mine and no production. the next useful evidence still has to come from fieldwork, geophysics, target refinement, drilling and assays.

but i do like when a junior has enough ground to build an actual exploration sequence instead of pointing at one hopeful target on a map.

North Lamont has the copper-in-soil angle. Trojan-Condor adds historical data and the newer copper-gold-platinum target idea from MetalCore. Plume adds another area into the 2026 geophysical work plan.

TLDR: Wilmac is still early-stage, but the project has enough size and target variety to make the 2026 work program worth following.

for juniors, do you care more about one strong target or a larger land package with multiple target areas?
