Help me select insurance

I currently have a Manipal Cigna ProHealth Plus plan with 5.5lakh sum insured. However, this policy has been discontinued.

I am now being presented with an option between Sarvah Param and Prime Protect Plan.

Anyone with experience, kindly recommend which one is better?
