Can someone recommend a camera ?

hi I am a beginner looking for a new camera preferably small and that can take pictures and videos. something not too expensive. user friendly settings preferably but not necessary. Germany, my budget Is 1500 euro. i have a couple of Digi cams but I want something a little more serious. I usually do very ethereal or southern gothic vibes photos. mostly do photos of ppl.
