stadium gig accessibility

hi everyone, this is my first post yippee!

going to mcr at wembley on friday, my friends and i got standing pitch tickets and i'm wondering if i can use the accessible entrance instead of queuing at the main one?

i have a sunflower lanyard and an access card but i've not been in a situation where i've felt the need to get them out my bag before. would security let me bring a friend through too even though i don't have a +1 marker on my access card?

i usually get a seated ticket at bigger gigs because large crowds make me anxious so any advice is appreciated. tried calling wembley's accessibility customer service line but it's been too busy to get through
