Resume review for new graduate unsuccessful in landing jobs in industry
Hello everyone, I am a recent MASc graduate from a university in canada with research experience in experimental fluid mechanics, data driven analysis and computational fluid mechanics. I have applied to 50+ jobs in the aerodynamics, wind, nuclear and design engineering sectors in Canada, UK and europe but did not hear a positive reply from anyone so far. I have been networking heavily and some people have offered to refer me too but I seem to get filtered out during the initial screening process itself. I make sure to tailor my cover letter for every job that asks for it. Any tips on how I can highlight my research experience better for jobs in industry would be greatly appreciated! Please let me know if any other aspect of the resume also needs improvement. Thanks
