Can I use these scores?

i earned 4s on AP CSP and AP Government, and a 3 on AP European History. Since I’m planning to major in computer science, I’m not sure whether I should include these scores, especially my AP Euro score when applying to more selective schools like Georgia Tech. If I don’t report it, does that affect whether I can still receive credit later? I’m also taking APUSH next year, so I’m wondering if I even need more than one AP history credit.
