What is the best Teotihuacan hot air balloon tour?

I am planning a 2-week trip to Mexico in September. We will be landing in Mexico City and wish to visit Teotihuacan pyramids. I told my wife I will book a tour online but I want to surprise her with a sunrise hot air balloon tour (we have never done it before). I checked online and can't decide which tour to pick.
