HEO Team Leader Role - Succesful at Sift

Good afternoon Redditors.

I've been successful at sift for a role as a Team Leader role. I'm rather successful at getting interviews but at the interview I completely melt.

I've received my link to join the interview, it's Via the Cabinet Office hiring platform so no real people. Just me talking to myself.

I normally time my answers for 4-4.5 minutes to allow time for questions but I figure I'll get no questions for this?

My behaviours are typical for the role.

Communicating and influencing

Working together

Developing self and others

Has anyone any advice for these types of interviews?
