Is the guy im seeing into this?

So a little bit of an inappropriate question but i gotta know if its a coincidence or not. Been seeing this guy, hes chubby, 178 cms and 90 kgs. he was around 60 kgs last year? Hes been sort of insecure about his weight and made comments about continuing the gym but never really did. Everytime i tell him i like him this chubby and stuff, he says "oh?" in a flirty shocked way. He recently reccomended me this hentai he really liked a few years ago, about a chubby guy having sex with slim women to get in shape, he emphasized the chubby guy part alot and i said huh okay. Ive squished his belly and teased him about it, he hasnt talked much abt the gym lately..just that hes got sort of a gut now. So i was wondering..is this guy secretly into being fat or something? Without a doubt hes a big foodie but 30 kgs in a year is kinda wowing. I dont know how to talk to him about this cause i find it so hot😵‍💫
