Parking around Stirling Street, East Perth

Found an apartment that im keen to move into its Located on Stirling street, close to Weld square.

My only concern is parking. The rental doesnt co e with one and my only option is street parking...

Is there anywhere that is free to park on the weekends as I wont be there during the week. How safe would it be to leave a car parked around here overnight?
