Looking for a Dark Fantasy/Isekai requests where MC gets completely cast out, seeks vengeance, and has a dedicated female partner who loves him back.

Looking for recommendations where the main character gets completely abandoned, betrayed, or cast aside by everyone, hardens his heart for revenge/payback, but finds a girl who genuinely loves him back (and he returns those feelings).

I need the romance to be highly visible, mutual, and out in the open—please no unrequited love, no dense MCs who ignore the girl for 5 seasons, and no background, unseen romance.

Since I have watched basically the entire mainstream anime catalog for this trope, I am highly open to Manga and Manhwa recommendations too!
