IGI T1 arrival to T3 international depature

Hello

My mother (senior citizen) needs to board international flight from T3 after arriving in delhi at T1

She hasnt travelled much alone. I have shown her how to take the shuttle from T1 to T3, but the shuttle seems to go toll T3 arrival.

Can someone help understand how to teach T3 international departure from T3 arrival?

Are they same gates next to each other or up/down?

Many thanks!
