How is it for FY MBBS students at St. John's, Bangalore?

My cousin's daughter is planning on studying MBBS (12th and UG Neet done) at St. John's, Bangalore. How is the culture for first-year students? Is there much bullying, exclusion or groupism? My cousin is more worried about the exclusion and groupism, basically ostracism.

Alternately, how would Fr. Muller's in Mangalore be?
