Delay Mod Question

Let me just quickly say, the mod is cheating. Period. Sorry.

Is there a way to tell if the delay mod is on for an opponent? I'm aware of the signs, but is there a visual indicator on THEIR screen that shows it? As in if they sent a screenshot of their switch in-game? Can anyone send me pics or vid of how people turn it on and off? I'm not even familiar with what the toggle looks like or how you set the amount of latency?
