Want to build a mffc around a 9070 XT 16 GB I bought on sale

Hey all! Finally upgrading my very old gaming PC. Already got my video card coming today and hoping to order the rest of the parts this week. Want a smaller PC that will fit on my desk and not look huge in my apartment. Looking at the LIAN LI B4 that comes out tomorrow. WaS

• New build
• Got a Gigabyte GAMING OC Radeon RX 9070 XT 16 GB Video Card on sale last week
• Main purpose is for gaming. Want to play Baldurs Gate 3, Cyberpunk, New Forza Horizon
• In USA and near a Microcenter, but don't see any bundles for the smaller form factor I'm looking for.
• Need a monitor. Currently using a 1440p 144Hz monitor so assume I'll need to get a newer one to get the most out of new system.
• Spent about $600 on the card so thinking about 2k more?
• Wifi connection needed
• Want a smaller case to fit on my desk. Been looking at new LIAN LI B4-mATX and hoping to use that case or one about that size.
• Don't need any lights or specific colors.
• Any other specific needs? Not that I can think of. Thanks!
