Capital One Offers Cashback

Currently have a Capital One Quicksilver card, and I purchased a set of tires from TireAgent for a cashback return of 25% through the Capital One offers (not shopping). It's been over a week since I made that purchase, and I haven't gotten the cashback yet. Was wondering if anyone else has had this issue before? Also, to note, I did purchase through their link and didn't receive any notification that I would be receiving any cashback. Thanks
