9dpo estrogen and progesterone

Hi all, my wife (wlw couple) is 9dpo/dpiui on our last, and 4th, IUI. Her midluteal labs just came back at:

Estradiol 116pg/ml
Progesterone 14.3ng/ml

She has been supplementing since 3dpiui 200mg of progesterone 2x/day and 2mg of estrace 2x/day.

What do these values mean?
