Ranked needs to be fixed

Ok I know how rank works but it shouldn't work like that because you could get paired with someone way above your league like for example I have 300 kills and I can say I'm as good as a 1 or 2k kill player so I don't mind getting paired with a 2k kill player but sometimes I get paired with a 10k kill player which makes no sense so this is how I think the new system should work it chooses based on Elo and kill count
