Noop won’t take over my oura ring

Noop won’t take over my oura ring 4. I follow the procedure but when I press to take over the oura ring the app gets hung up and proceeds no farther. When I close that window a screen says the oura is active, but I get no data. I deleted oura ring app and the same thing happens. Whoop is not paired.
