grain mites have taken over my bug room

as the title says… mostly surrounding the feeder bugs which i have removed and am trying to figure out wtf to do with them.

noticed they were nesting along the walls where the bugs are. just moved all of them yesterday so this manifested overnight. i suspect the petco fly colony as those have brought grain mites to my doorstep before but now it’s all over everything… What do i do..?? they’re everywhere 🫩 i’m having such bad luck with my invert pets lately it’s taking a lot of joy out of the hobby for me
