I'm gonna die in 19 days after I celebrate my 18th birthday

I'm sorry I just can't take it anymore. I want to see my family and celebrate and smile for one last time. I feel really bad but the past months have been hell and the only thing to fix it would come by pure luck. And I don't want to wake up one day and realize my life's been nothing but pain. Fuck this shit I'm out.
