phone is getting laggier/slower and idk why

I have a samsung A55 5g with 128 gigs of storage, and I've had it since november 2024 but recently i have noticed that my phone has been going thru a crap ton of lag spikes in whatever i do, and that it's overall becoming slower and laggier at everything as time goes on. Idk whats going on with my phone so thats why i'm here. any ideas?
