What is with Prudential's rude and aggressive behavior

Taking FMLA for surgery. My company has Prudential administer leave and they've been very unprofessional and rude in handling my leave and demanding all sorts of documentation from my doctors. I have Kaiser for health insurance and admittedly they are slow, but it doesn't excuse the behavior from Prudential.
