NY Service Center No Loaners

A bit frustrating experience with the service. I made an appointment on the app to fix the driver’s seat which is making noise and the frunk since it has trouble opening. I made it maybe a month and a half ahead since nothing was available sooner. Then I got the recall notice and try to get my car in sooner but they said they don’t have anything earlier since I have multiple issues to fix that would take longer than a day.

I just called to confirm that I have a loaner car tomorrow and they told me no since I never requested one. They said since I made the appointment through the app, that doesn’t get me a loaner. I asked where does it say in the app that I need to call to request one. They didn’t have anything earlier since answer for that. I said that last time I booked through the app, there was a loaner car available when I showed up and I never asked for one. They said I’m not supposed to get one if I don’t call and request it.

I had to ask for the day off from work but now I have to wait until the 30th to bring my car in and supposedly my car can crash at any moment because of an issue that there’s a recall for. Amazing.
