Switching from Hydroxyzine to Propranolol.

Has anyone had luck switching from Hydroxyzine to Propranolol for as needed anxiety relief?

I feel like my anxiety spirals because I overthink my physical symptoms of restlessness, possible rapid breathing, and general discomfort. However, I have noticed since we upped my buspar, that I don't have as much of an issue with overthinking, but still get the restlessness and rapid breathing at times, like it acting on auto pilot. My doctor wants me to try Propranolol to see if it will make it easier to control my high anxiety moments.
