Looking for a suitcase trolley bag big enough wheels, compact as possible.

I live a kilometre from the beach here and have no car so having a good trolley style suitcase bag with big wheels is important for me. It's also uphill a good part, so ideally I need to be able to carry it with the wheels, having that compact would be a plus too.
As long as the pedal and board can fit inside it I'm happy. Its a 12' 6" board with a pedal.

Perhaps somebody here got some great recommendations!
Most bags seem either extremely large, or the wheels are an afterthought.

Cheers!
