Best hotel or Airbnb for a remote worker in Pattaya?

I’m flying into Pattaya for about a week before heading to Phuket. I work remotely (8 PM–3 AM), so I need reliable Wi-Fi, somewhere quiet during the morning, but still close to the action. I’m also trying to save money.
