Any advice is appreciated

So currently doing weekly supervised visits. Weekly drug tests(passed every one) have to communicate with child’s mother through OFW. I agreed to all of this to establish I am and have been sober and she agreed everything goes well for a few months we will step up to shared parenting here in Ohio.

I know I’m legally now entitled to know my son’s daycare, medical and abouts about him and his life. Everything has been going great on my end and my son. I have asked for his information for daycare and medical and now my ex is ghosting me on OFW lol. I can’t go pick him up yet with the supervised visits currently. However, I want to and think I should have this information as a part of planning for the future and honestly I don’t trust my ex to not lie about the cost and scheduling with day care. Never had daycare he was always with me when she worked and I work nights until we seperated earlier in the year.

Should I file a motion to force her to give his information or let it go until the next hearing next month. He still has another year before he starts school and I am asking to have him a couple days a week during the day like he always was before. He keeps asking at our visits when he gets to be with Dada all day again and it’s breaking my heart. I don’t understand what she thinks she’s doing besides trying to lessen our father and son bond.
