[Gamecube or Wii?][2000s] The only thing i remeber is 1 plant boss.

I just started remebering about a game I remeber playing as a kid. The only thing I rember was a big plant based boss that you had to swing around using ice or steam to defeat? I remeber destorying pipes above them. Im pretty sure it was on gamebue or wii but there is a small chance it was ps3 but i dont think so.
