Is heavy sneezing a H-EDS thing?

I always sneeze out heavily through my throat, there were some times I sneezed „into myself“ because I don’t want to be loud or disturbing, and this was painful, difficult and I got anxious something inside me breaks.
Ah and when I sneeze it’s often around 10 times in a row 🥲
Anyone like me?
