Stopping profile from being recommended to others?

I swear you used to be able to set it so your profile could be excluded from being in others recommended connections, so people that you don’t want to connect with on Instagram can’t find your account just because you have a mutual connection, or via your phone number

Did they disable that? I can’t find it anywhere in settings
