Topology help on tight corners

Unsolved

I'm trying to recreate this shape, so I can 3D print my own with my own detail design on it.

I previously posted this thread asking for help and it was going mostly ok: https://www.reddit.com/r/blenderhelp/comments/1u8cplo/adding_detail_to_a_curved_subdivided_surface/

I'd photoscanned the part and used it as a guide to make a new subdivided shape which was nice and smooth:

I then made a new mesh which was shrinkwrapped to that shape, and manually recreated the design I want:

My plan was then to extrude those green areas add bevels where needed, and throw on a subdivide.

But I've getting some funky artefacts from the subdivide, particularly where the points are along the bottom edge, and I'm certain it's my topology. I'm fairly new to this so can someone point me in the right direction as to how I should be doing it? I have some vertex creases to keep the points sharp - should those be bevels instead too?
