Would like to start selling on Depop from Europe. Have questions.

Hey! As the title says, I’m new into this app, I created an account like a year ago but didn’t post anything yet, just connected my PayPal and that’s pretty much it.

I have used other apps for selling clothes, such as Vinted or Wallapop(used frequently in Spain, that’s where I am from) and they were good for me and I’m having a lot of sellings there.

I’ve heard about Depop which has more options for sellers/buyers, because it’s more international and more recognisable I guess.

I’ve searched a little and found that in Depop is the seller who manages the shipping via other third-party sites (for example Packlink) and it kind of “pushes” me away because it’s seems to be more difficult even if it’s not.

It’s sometimes impossible to know how much the shipping will cost, you may know the approximate number but it may not be as certain.
Even if you choose “free shipping” you still don’t know how much it will cost to you..
I made an example:
if you sell a piece of clothing for 30€, the buyer is from France and the cheapest way to ship it will be using InPost, which is 8,36€, but sometimes it can be even more since you don’t know where the buyer is located until they buy your item.

But this is also the reason why I want to use Depop, due to its autonomy. However some things confuse me.

All the things that I’ve listed above are all the information I have found until now, but I also want to know any tricks or advice you would give.
