Internal Transfer

Hi
I am in interview process for an internal job.
Currently I am a 602 in tech in Glasgow.
I am trying to move to London.

Just wanted to know if it works out, does the HR allow negotiations for a lateral internal move?

I am currently on 60k.
If anyone has had a similar experience please DM me.
