Trijicon rcr issue on carry handgun

Hi so i have a brand new trijicon rcr. My glock 19 slide has an rmr cut and a trijicon rcr direct mounted, properly secured. The issue im having is the dot turns off soon as i fire a shot. Every single time. Im using an energizer cr2032 battery, i cleaned the bitter coating off, the battery cap is nice and tight but not overtightened, the blue loctite on the capstan screws cured they arent moving, optic doesnt feel loose at all on the slide. Any ideas why the dot keeps turning off ?
