How did you find out the starting time of your first shift?

I recently got hired as an OMR and got the email that says my tentative schedule. But on the onboarding A to Z it only tells me what day I’m supposed to start, not what time and I can’t seem to find something that tells me anywhere. Do I need to email my manager? Or is there going to be another email with that information I haven’t gotten yet?
